Achieve qualitative and semi-quantitative test results with the CEDIA™️ Buprenorphine II Calibrators and Controls. The five calibrators, including negative, are used to establish a standard curve that correlates the reaction signals from the analyzer with the calibrators’ respective concentrations (in ng/mL). Two controls, one above and one below the cutoff (10ng/mL) validate the calibration curve. The calibrators and controls also provide a reference point for qualitative (positive or negative results) and semi-quantitative detection.
