This kit is used for FAM™️ spectral calibration of your ViiA™️ 7, QuantStudio™️ 6 Flex, QuantStudio™️ 7 Flex, or QuantStudio™️ 12K Flex system with a 384-well block. Please see your instrument maintenance guide for full instructions on use.
These calibration kits are used to maintain your real-time PCR system with 384-Well Block. They include calibration plates to perform a spectral calibration with FAM™️, VIC™️, ROX™️, SYBR™️ Green, TAMRA™️, NED™️ dyes, plates to perform region-of-interest (ROI) calibration, normalization calibration, and to run an RNase P verification. Calibration and verification should be run at least every six months. Please see your instrument maintenance guide for full instructions on use.
The dye formulations for your ViiA™️ 7, QuantStudio™️ 6 Flex, QuantStudio™️ 7 Flex, or QuantStudio™️ 12K Flex system will improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing fluorescent spectra found in your real-time PCR experiments.
